Holding Boundaries in Business

Holding Boundaries in Business was a lunch & learn workshop held on June 8th, 2021 and hosted by Bre Wolta (she/her/hers) from Northstar Transitions. During the workshop, I invited participants to participate in activities designed to help them identify specific limits and boundaries needing to be established or maintained for them to be successful at work. Participants also learned different tools and techniques for how to implement and consistently maintain limits and boundaries.

 

Moving Beyond the Impostor Syndrome Phenomenon

Hosted by Bre Wolta (she/her/her) of NorthStar Transitions was a lunch & learn workshop for mental health professionals about how to implement daily practices to increase your sense of personal empowerment and resiliency to help you moving beyond the effects of the impostor syndrome phenomenon. The tools and practices shared draw from somatic psychology, ecopsychology, sports psychology, positive psychology, and feminist and relational therapies.
